1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Hirrd ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Hirrd is a career matching platform that uses Career DNA assessments and multi-dimensional scoring to connect candidates with suitable job opportunities. The Platform is currently in beta.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform
  • One account per person; do not create multiple accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or send unsolicited messages to other users
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform
  • Misrepresent your identity, skills, or qualifications

5. Messaging

Messaging is only available between mutually matched parties who have both consented to reveal their identity. Messages must be professional and relevant to career opportunities. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, and Career DNA assessment, is owned by Hirrd. Your assessment results and profile data remain your property, but you grant us a license to use this data for matching purposes.

7. Beta Disclaimer

Hirrd is currently in beta. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Match scores are algorithmic estimates and should not be the sole basis for career decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hirrd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
